All SUV's are luxury vehicles by definition, since they are large and serve no utilitarian purpose that a smaller and lighter truck or van wouldn't serve.
SUV = "I have money to waste".

Under no circumstances is a Chevy or a gmc a luxury car. It might be nicer than lower model Chevys but it’s still putting lipstick on a pig.

It appears to be an upbadged Tahoe. So no. Not luxury. BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover are luxury SUVs. Chevys are not (even if you call them GMCs).

I think the Yukon Denali is mid level luxury. The Cadillac Escalade for $120,000 is a luxury SUV.
