But here in the US after 20 5,6 yr olds died from a school shooter, the Rs still didn't want to do anything about gun violence. So, really, one woman dying of sepsis from a miscarriage is NBD in the grand scheme of things in their minds. It was God's will. I mean.. if they think it's fine to force a 13 yr old girl to birth her rapist's baby, you really think they care about a woman dying of a miscarriage.
So what's your point? Line up all our women and children like lambs to slaughter?
If God wants you to die of sepsis due to a miscarriage, then it's God's will, according to Rs.
If your 13 yr old daughter gets raped and impregnated by her rapist, then it's God's will.
If your baby has severe deformities such that they will suffer for a few weeks, then die a painful death, it's God's will.
This is what Rs believe.

Because serious defects, including one's rather threatening the woman's life, often don't show up until the 20 week scan.
I have two friends for whom this was true. Both married women, planned pregnancies, both sailed through every other test. Both went into their 20nweek scan hoping to see pictures of their baby, got gut wrenching news. Both risked serious health issues or death without abortion.

Same. When Roe was decided we didn't have the scientific evidence of pre-natal development we do today. Of course, overturning Roe will not end abortion. That is a heart issue.
