It makes no sense and just makes me think she’s a pathological liar. We all hate Shia. No need to try and dunk on him to pretend to be a great feminist that you clearly are not (I felt like she tried to throw Florence Pugh under the bus when she clearly had legit reasons to not want to work with him).

+1 and servers are brutal. They will pick a place and time they know you will definitely be and they really don't care about optics or public opinion.
I'm not entirely certain this lies on Jason. But, man she has quite a cheating history.
She claims the event had high security which required COVID testing days before with a badge saying negative. The server could not just walk in on her. Maybe true Jason is immature in arguments and why she left him.
The event was also a closed event for industry insiders. Tickets cost like $1000 and you had to be verified in the movie distribution business or similar. It definiltey took a lot of planning and money to serve her there. I'm a lawyer and I can't see any process server going to such lengths and expense without clearing it with the lawyers first, and the lawyers clearing it with the client (if the lawyers oked it without checking with Jason, he should fire them, that's really bad judgment).

Ten years is not bad.
The only issue I see is if he eventually wants bio kids and she either can't because she's too old at that point or doesn't want to because she already had them. That could be a deal breaker.

I’ve never seen anything with him and her (Juno) together. He did date Rupert’s new wife from the show after he and Olivia were brokeen up and there were pap photos, but they’ve broken Up.

Ask Demi Moore. She was right around 50 when Ashton left. (Although that was a 15 year age gap, and I think these two are only a 10 year age gap.)
I'm a 50 year old woman -- I think woman have a sharp aging increase in their late 40s and early 50s where a younger man could be unhappy with the changes. Then men have a sharp aging curve at late 60s, where a younger woman suddenly realizes that she has become a nurse and is going to lose the last few decades of her life to be active taking care of a really elderly man. That's just my impression from seeing how these relationships often play out. The difference between a 40 and a 30 year old isn't that great, because they are both generally grown ups in pretty good physical health, but the differences can be more challenging when people end up in different life phases.
I think men have a sharp aging increase in their mid 50s or even earlier. Look around - how many hot 55 yo men do you see? The vast majority look pretty old. There is this stereotype of George Clooney but we are just fed that idea.
