Tough to slot Madison, Lake Braddock, Yorktown and Langley. Yorktown beat LB and Madison, Langley beat Yorktown, Lake Braddock beat Madison. Maybe would put LB and Yorktown ahead of Madison but lots of close calls there.
Robinson would not struggle with PVI and would give most any team mentioned a good game. Lockdown defenders doesn't mean much as fast as the Rams move the ball - its more about the goalie. All good teams headed into playoffsAnonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:That is pretty cool that they are #34, although I don’t think they even beat a number of the local schools below them like SSSA, Severn and PVI. Bet they could take down Gonzaga now though.
Gonzaga is not the same team that played Riverside not even close an that was a close game v. Riverside and Gonzaga bench and Robinson and Riverside are fairly even. Robinson would struggle v PVI as well as the Rams could not dominate the FO X and PVI has some lock down defenders. If Robinson uses a strong pole to shut down one of PVI's scorers they have more than what LB had. I think SSSA also gives them too much to handle. Saints top two are just a notch above LB's top two. The Saints D and goalie are a lot stronger than LB. Would like to see these teams play more. Many of the kids played youth together and club teams so they are not all unknown to each other.

Robinson and Riverside would give PVI and SSSA a tough time and private school parents like to believe for their $20-30K/year tuition that the lacrosse is much better at the private schools.
PVI is a lot less than $20K and at almost 2K students most do not go there for lacrosse. Funny how they play in a fall public school league and win all the games and it is why are they playing public schools then when they dont it is why dont they play public schools? I am sure the kids would like to play Robinson.
