Usually land appraises for more than the house but in this situation i'm not sure which would appraise higher.

Its so cold and sterile-inside and out. I’d be curious to see how much it eventually sells for and what the new owners do with it.

The orange is gone. No more Scandinavian bus station!

If you're going to hire some amateur builders to construct a house, that house should not have a flat roof. Those are difficult even for good builders. My prediction is that it won't be long before the roof starts to leak.

I can't believe this place. They did bare minimum staging and painted the orange part black. Oh yeah, and threw a bunch of tiny arborvitae on the giant berm that separates the lot from Purple Line. Including the architectural renderings is not a selling point - all they do is reinforce what an ugly concept it was from the start and highlight that the builder must have run out of money.

It looks so much better! But even with the changes this house is still overpriced because of location and style/design. But mostly location I would say. Of course it will eventually sell, but I think not until it hits $1.2M.

Is that a putting green on the roof?? What a monstrosity. So sterile! The outside looks like an office building.

So was the roller skating rink in the prior set of photos not actually real? How did this property go from having a finished basement to an unfinished basement?

Wait wasn’t the middle piece orange before? That alone is a huge improvement.

This would be a great location for a Starbucks with a drive through lane. Can they post some architectural renderings for that?

"Architectural renderings provide a visual insight to the investment potential this property offers in many avenues."

These new photos are up and the price has been lowered to $1.6m.

It looks like pictures 5, 71, 72, and 73 are renderings of what the house was supposed to look like. There was another floor! And all kinds of external design elements that didn't make the cut. Pretty wild. Not sure why you'd include the what-you-ordered/what-you-got but the staging definitely helps the listing.
