Team taking over the living room to do this makes it weird and annoying. Personally I wouldn't mind if they went to a guest room or something, but no taking over the main living area for hours.
I love a good nap and don't begrudge anyone theirs, but taking over communal living space to do it is just rude.
My BIL once invited himself to stay with us for a weekend, and after lunch he stretched out on the couch, meaning that three of the six places to sit in the living room were now not available. "Would you be more comfortable in your room?" I offered, trying to be tactful. Why, I don't know, given that consideration for others has never been his watchword (see also: inviting himself to stay in the first place). Nope.
OP, they aren't going to change. You need to stop inviting them for lunch, because they will always do this.
