No way NVA and Loudoun have separate GA1 teams in addition to VRSC, SYC, TSJ, and MYS.
That's exactly what's happening. There are going to be two staged announcements next week.
How does that work if NVA is now just Loudoun and no longer an alliance? Wouldn't both teams just be called "Loudoun GA"?
Whether NVA is an alliance any more or not, it still exists as a program.

Holy Market Saturation! Thought there was an ENCL issue in the area with all the clubs and consolidating them was the right direction. Loudoun and NVA as separate GA Top Level clubs? That seems really like a stretch along with the other existing GA clubs in the area. Are teams dropping down to Aspire that are current GA clubs? That would make sense.
