The rest is subjective, success can be subjective also. People perceive that VDA is a powerhouse but considering all the problems and their 'best' class is graduating, of course they're going to make a move to try to shore their teams up hoping players come flocking in and they field another successful team by luck.
It wasn’t a move. VDA did not have a plan when they fired previous director. They just wanted him gone. Ask QP.
