He could have a massive stroke and be in a vegetative state and they would still prop him up there and act like everything’s totally normal.
I hope the eventual medical event is captured on camera.
There's a good chance since he's always ON camera. There's also a good chance we will see eventually see undeniable signs of cognitive decline on camera, which is the one good thing about having him in the public eye every damn day.

The bruise aside, his hands are swollen. That can't be ok, can it?
At least someone got through to him to stop putting the makeup on the bruise. But yeah, that's what jumped out to me at first as well. His hands look really swollen.

At the rate he’s rotting, there may not be much of him or his brain left.

Or regular testing?
What are the reasons someone would have an IV pin prick on their had so regularly?
His hands look like my FIL's. My FIL was on a blood thinner for a heart condition and bruised easily. The top of his hands were often bruised and it was usually from minor bumps. This is because the skin on top of older peoples' hands, which is already rather thin, gets thinner and they lose fat, providing less of a buffer protect the capillaries close to the skin's surface. DT has already stated he takes a daily 325mg aspirin (against his doctor's advice because it's too much) so, at his age, that alone would account for bruising on top of the hands because aspiring acts like a blood thinner.
How long did FIL live like this? Asking for a friend.
Sadly for your friend, he lived to 89.
