Tell me you don’t have a teenager without telling me you don’t have a teenager. I have seen this play out with my own eyes

I wonder how much of this is rebellion or influence . It doesn’t seem genuine that two previously girly girls that were not tomboys previously suddenly became non binary during this relationship.

It’s a valid question. Finn and Emme are twinning (same school, same identity, Emme cuts her and dyes hair green, Finn cuts hair and dyes it pink)
Prior to this relationship, Emme was a mini Jennifer and Finn was a mini Violet/Garner .
What are the chances both would become anti Jennifer’s together?
Finn was never a mini Violet/Garner. He was also never a girly girl.
I'm guessing you don't have high school/middle aged kids but in today's age, it is not uncommom for there to be two gender questioning teens thrown together as step-siblings. I have other theories but suffice to say, at least they found each other.
Ben definitely made it seem like his daughters were Swifties , so into Frozen, tried to get his son into it which he didn’t like (a comment he got flak for) so it does appear he abided by heteronormative gender roles re:his son and he seemingly much preferred his son because he could get him to like the Red Sox and he actually cared about his role as Batman.
I think if she were Finn earlier, Ben would have been happier to share that his daughter is a tomboy with mutual interests with him.
It seems like Finn was fine as Seraphina until she met Emme. The hair cut and change name and gender came after he moved in with J Lo and she started hanging with Emme who already was telling her mom to refer to her as a they/non binary.
Non binary people are Swifties too

We are talking about teenagers here.

Pretty high as both are living in LA and are very artsy.

I always thought too about her kids. She was living with A Rod and his kids and all the kids seemed super close in NY. And then 6 months after break up she moves them to LA and she is with Ben and his kids. No stability, no normal family structure.
