hmmmm very interesting. Freak injuries or overuse? Genuinely curious. Seems to be the theme this year. Healing prayers up.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Charlotte independence vs SYC 4-0. That was a rude awakening.
Also beat Alexandria 8-0.
Then Alexandria bounces back and ties CDA 1-1 on Sunday after CDA beat SYC on Saturday. Really tough to get a read on these teams so far.
Alexandria 2011 has been pretty inconsistent due to an incredible amount of injuries this season. Hoping we're on the backside but it has been a very rough first half of the season.

this may be my favorite post in this thread lol. You broke character queen. Lmao need more of these.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Whoever’s running VDA’s Insta is wild 😂 First they tie/lose to Beach and start talking about Beach’s ‘deep line’ like that’s an excuse. Pretty sure Beach had that same deep line when they played Arl — and Arl still came up 5-0 today. 👀
And let’s be real: if you lose in PKs, it’s a loss. Stop putting the PK score in parentheses like it’s a tie. In tournaments, whoever wins PKs wins 1-0 — same thing here.
Why’s this Instagram mom hiding from the truth??
girl shut up 🙂🥰
BP got the DMV going nuts!!! Outside of TSJFC. Also I just remembered we probably have a bunch of furlough posting going on. Myself included. LoL way to early for this ish but i have my cup o joe.Anonymous wrote:TLDR - #VDAFamily

I think your problem is you cant control a false narrative and outside of stupid people actually naming real names (those post get flagged) parents are free to air out dirty laundry and expose back room deals. Crappy coaching and sidelines. Here parents can howl at the moon because they feel their kid is better than your kid. But they will never say it with names. We aren’t that bold now are we.
Maybe your kid is a baller and game changer and it doesn’t apply to you. But there are a ton of parents who know what borrowed time (hogging roster spots) looks like. If coach isn’t giving your kid time with the ball time to huddle up and figure out a a way forward.
Also the girls talk about their own teammates who aren't the standard and im sure your kid isn’t no different if she is a baller. They will air it out to each other if not to you directly. They aren’t babies and have tough skin. And wish to play around like minded players vs players their parents have approved of for happy hr and other “reasons”.
Facts:
Next season is a make it or break it season. There are girls in GA playing to and above the ecnl standard coming for roster spots. There are girls not playing to the ecnl standard and have no business being on teams that will be battling against some very driven competition. And there are girls ready to move away from clubs and toxic sidelines or are looking for better quality teammates.
There are also TDs who have told parents to hold out until next season will have to put up or shut up. Parents hogging roster spots for buddy systems and convenience will not be granted those opportunities next year. Especially if your kid isn’t getting time w the ball or playing to the ecnl standard. This is competition talk. Not abuse… not instagram posts marketing players as equivalent to top teams who may or may not have injuries and off days. Toughen up girlie. You can handle this board.
All eyes are on Arl. Maybe that other club as well but honestly those girls should be playing like there is no tomorrow as none of these clubs are loyal and while everyone will head to VDA(yea i said it) not everyone will get selected.
All because some clubs valued boys over girls. You all are missing the real common enemy here. And that bothers me more than anything. Let’s rally around that.. and put names to those decision makers if anything.
Competition talk imo is good to go. You make a cringe post or insta hype post expect to hear about it. Ditto for the tik tok fueds and on field drama. Its in the Game. Thats what Madden told me.
carry on all

It is what it is.
