Anyone know what happened in the 2nd half of Oakton vs Centreville? Someone mention it was Oakton 9-8 at the half and then Oakton ran away with a 17-11 win. Halftime adjustments by Oakton or the wheels just came off for the Wildcats?
There were no real adjustments by either team at the half, but the Centerville defense’s focus on Oakton’s stars, left lanes for others to exploit. Also, #4 had an interception and score, and #11 had a crease roll shot that caught Centerville off guard. Oakton also won a majority of draw controls with #11 and #21 off the circle.
Oakton goalie also got hot in the 2nd half making a several saves and just like that score was 15-10. As someone previously mentioned need to be able to go the entire 50 minutes with Oakton. The only team that was able to stay relatively close was South Lakes but even then always a 3 or 4 goal lead.

1) Battlefield
2) Woodson
3) West Potomac
4) South Lakes
5) Yorktown
Battlefield. The other 4 don’t come close to Battlefield.
Agree Battlefield. But would love to see Battlefield match-up against West Potomac or South Lakes.
