It won’t. House Republican hands are tied. They will need to reconvene to put in a stand alone bill for military. Johnson won’t reconvene because of Epstein files.

Senate DEMOCRATS NEED TO HOLD OUT UNTIL GRIJALVA IS SEATED and progress made on health care subsidies. Most important is Grijalva because that precedent paves the way for overturning all elections in the future.

Military gets paid the 1st and 15th of every month. Different than most feds who get paid every two weeks.

Regardless, if you live paycheck to paycheck and you know your next one isn’t coming, the only rational thing to do is to start scrimping now. You don’t wait until you’re completely out of money. The MAGA trolls on here are so out of touch it’s incredible.

Well they know they aren't getting paid. A lot of newly enlisted like to buy new cars so will be missing payments soon. Also just not a good idea to fail to pay your soldiers. I'm sure China is out there holding out stacks of cash already.
