But he did it quickly and is spending a great deal of time collecting feedback on the current functions of the club and looking at where he can make some immediate changes. There is very much a chance of coaches coming with him. He’s been transparent with coaches and parents that there will be changes. Not sure we will see that in the spring or after the season though.
