The leaker is unimportant. Unless he’s going to claim it’s a fake tape, it’s evidence of his willful retention of classified documents. How he escapes conviction is beyond me. Seems like they are trying to muddy the waters on this by having everyone focus on leaks and the substance of the conversation.

Why is the prosecution asking for this delay for the defense? Shouldn't the defense be asking for the delay, since they are the ones who need it to acquire the clearance necessary to review the classified documents?
