Erika seemed to be afraid go LVP to me - totally said okay when LVP went after her, folded like a cheap suit!

I agree. Something was off with Erika. What about the bit with her book? No one in her family read it? Not her mom? Not Tom? What Erika said about Tom also caught my attention. She said something like, "What I wrote about Tom was very complimentary. He "sounds" very nice in the book." Am I reading too much into that or did anyone else notice that too?

Also --Dorit's hair and those bobby pins! It's like she's trying to be fashion forward but totally misses the mark.

I caught that comment about Erikas husband too and thought it was weird.

Also big ditto to Dorit's bobby-pins - looked awful but she clearly was going for some haute look. God she is an idiot an a mean idiot t that. Even when presented with the irrefutable evidence of her words she denied what she said. She is a bs artist and needs to go. yuck.

Kyle's hair looked great. She's a drama queen but I think she has a good heart

LVP was boring this season, but I do share her dog obsession

Erika peaked last year and now has to pull out teh claws to be relevant

Teddi bores me but she does seem real

Rinna- she's teflon for me. She pulls some shady shit but I still end up liking her

Dorit. Yikes. Not a fan

Are you kidding? Not only do his songs stand the test of time, but he's both a great performer and a great songwriter. He's collaborated with a lot of awesome people, too. He's a professional and a true talent, which is really rare these days, sadly.

There's definitely some thought to the seating chart and I don't think it has much to do with clothing. To me, it always seems like the queen bees sit next to Andy and the ladies on the far end of the couch are the ones most likely to not be around next season.

Does the Tom/Erika thing remind anyone else of the Anna Nicole Smith/ her old man husband saga? I can't remember his name off the top of my head!

You nailed it. Being on the show has boosted her career and if she wants to keep strutting around stage with rainbow brite hair and madonna's leftover costumes, she will stay on it. The BH housewives are too pearl clutching than the other casts I have seen. ATL and NY have no problems going for the jugular. A different set of housewives wouldn't be afraid to tell Erika to drop her facade because at the end of the day she the third wife of a rich dude 30 years older than she is who funds her "career".

I hope Dorit goes but I see her sticking around.

I'd bet that Teddi will be back. Bravo and the other ladies would love to get a glimpse of her dad!

Maybe Teddi can get Meg Ryan to do a cameo!

I didn’t realize Meg Ryan and Mellancamp were still together?!

+1.

We need some lost footage of her because otherwise, why does anyone on the show take her flip outs and tough talk seriously? It's laughable to see her painted up like a cirque du soleil performer (I love theater and a fierce outfit, but no) then hiss and spit and wave her finger in someone's face. Call her a liar all the live long day. She is not going to do anything to jeopardize her lifestyle or her outfits.

Amen! She loves to look and act fierce, but the whole act is tiresome. I wish someone would call her out on it. It seems like they’ve all been in the hot seat before, but never Erika because they’re all intimidated by her. Call her bluff, ladies!

Anonymous wrote:I've always kind of known this, but watching the women watch Kyle's show together kind of really made it hit home for me: Kyle acts like she wants peace, but she really seeks out drama and has unattainable expectations of what it means to be loyal, or a friend, based on her own family.

The women in her family have always fought so she can't not fight. Chaos with females feels normal to her; I shudder that she is raising daughters because she is not a great role model for this. She takes on a role as pseudo mother and peacemaker and is not good at it/it never works.

Further to that, I'm sure her older sisters found that insulting as hell. Same situation with this group. When her plans don't work she lays on the tears or anger and plays martyr. You could just tell Mauricio was like WHAT NOW, WOMAN?? as the left the party early. But he stuck by her and bowed out, which is really the only option if you are married to her. She is exhausting.

Wow couldn't disagree more. I'm not particularly a Kyle fan but I found her eminently reasonable this season.

+1
I've actually always found her one of the more "normal" women. Sure, she has her moments, but her reactions and behavior are generally the most reasonable. I do, however, feel that just being on this show and lowering yourself to these ridiculous, catty situations, is a terrible role model, especially for girls/young women. Who wants to see their mom behaving like a teenager, fighting about stupid things, and slinging the F-word around?

+1

I feel like Kyle and Teddi have the most legitimate reactions to things. They seem to have normal feelings and be generally normal people. Erika is obnoxious with her excessive coolness and then explosive reactions. Dorit is just plain crazy - like does she actually listen to the words that come out of her mouth? She sounds like an idiot. Lisa Rinna is doing something this season - disengaging I guess? But it makes her kind of boring. I don't find Kyle or Teddi boring. Lisa V is very calculating, although I generally like her.

+1 to all of the above. Even though Rinna can be a major shit stirrer, I kind of miss her sassiness. She still cracks me up though. And LVP always reminds me of a sly cat.

Agree. She tries to intimidate by giving brusque answers and staring people down. Very cold.

They always wear the most over the top evening wear on these reunion shows. And Erika, with her boobs hanging out?! Ugh. I thought Kyle looked the best - and I LOVE her hair.
