Arl will have a foundation of high iq players starting in the younger years. Hopefully u stick w it over there.

I’m Not RP. He does coach my daughter. I’ve been very outspoken over the last few months about how good a coach I think he is. He’s been great for my daughter, he does push hard in training and is intense but a great coach. His style did not mesh well with some players. I wish him luck in Arlington.

RP has a 2 year shelf life at most. He will pop up somewhere else in a few years probably back at this club if they are still around.

Gone by the time we see his results. RP was also great for my DD. She thinks like a coach now when evaluating teams and opponents. Has a little PTSd from his yelling but is all love when we do see him. Expect more kickball and bottom tier play in leesburg.
