So a 33,000 reduction in lieu of a project 100,000 increase.

And May’s number reduced as well.

Welcome to the Trump economy!

Economists keep saying they see no sign of cracks in the economy, no sign of cracks, no sign.

Now there are signs.

Yes, and looks like more layoffs to come.

The stock market is not the economy.

Thanks for this TED talk.

And unemployment doesn’t apply to people with jobs.

Inflation isn’t a problem when my salary and bonuses are up.

If people chose the wrong career, failed to save a nest egg and took for granted that there wouldn’t be peaks and valleys that’s on them.

The economy that you're benefitting from is built on the backs of workers, who by design, are in no position to generate meaningful nest eggs. But you know that.

Do they buy alcohol regularly? Do they buy cannabis or other drugs? Do they have a new iPhone? There are always sacrifices that can be made to allow for savings. It wasn’t easy for me accumulate enough money to cover a year+ worth of our expenses while also maximizing my 401k, funding 529 plans and investing in the market.

Again, this is a completely simple-minded response. "Cutting back" like this cannot generate enough funds to create a retirement nest egg. Adequate income is also required (which you seem to have given the diversity of your investment portfolio). Not everybody in this country can make the kind of money to do this (which is by design). Your post is genuinely absurd.

We are so proud of you, son! You made excellent choices and life decisions.

May you thrive without capricious job loss, early-onset cancer, the loss of a child to a school shooting, divorce, etc etc. I hope you continue to do well even as the economy tanks and the low-income and low-education workers die off due to cholera or measles or what have you.

It’s less about choices than it is about not breezing through life with little regard for the future.

This is NPC levels of un-self-awareness. Like, it's staggering to believe that people this stupid walk among us and function in human society.

What exactly do you think would happen if everyone chose the "right" career? Would there be enough jobs in your chosen field to give everyone in America a position? Even if it were remotely possible for everyone to have a secure job in your field, what would happen to society when all of those "wrong" jobs go unfilled?

Is that what you said 2021-2024?

No because I did well then too.

Then I take it you voted for Harris?
