and replacing him with a really young kid. They have hired three coaches for 2011 girls but only 2 for 2011 boys.
Given the 2011G team is in first but their coach is going to SYC, not surprised they moved a strong coach over. Although I did hear a few girls were following the coach to SYC and a few were going to NVA, it will be a much different team next year.
I heard six were going to syc
Only 2-3 from RQ's team are even staying at Valor. If they don't get outside players, that will essentially be a second team playing in a first team RL spot.
At least they will have great coaches with SB and MB for that age group.
Some may disagree

If half the team is leaving, they won't be strong next year.
Stop with the ridiculous 2011G team! If they were that good, they would have been picked up by NVA. Only 1 got an offer, tells you they are good at the regional level, not some unbeatable force.
The NVA alliance is a joke. Many of the 2011 Girls could be on the team. They wanted to stick with their current coach. Grass isn’t always greener so they went with what they know.
I know of several that had offers with NVA but when FXUAnonymous wrote:NVA teams are all Loudoun players. I can't think of any kids from Valor on any of the NVA teams.
