I'd be surprised if their prenup or their settlement didn't contain a non-disparagement clause. It's fairly standard, although the ones I've seen are only about not badmouthing ex to the kids, but I'd have to think celebrities would have something about not badmouthing to the press?

Some places more than others. Making films that are excessively violent or pornographic knowing that they can influence children and/or adults' responses and actions is immoral to the core.
