Apparently God is non-binary now.

“Their” referring to God as three-in-one Trinity. Father, Son, Spirit. Their image.

Jen’s religious and spiritual “shift” doesn’t bother me much. She’s just following the basic trends of other exvangelical white women, pretty much her remaining audience. Nothing she says or states anymore in the religious and spiritual surprises me.

What’s always infuriated me about Jen (and others like her) is their predatory business model. Their weaponized “authenticity”. How they prey on vulnerable and lonely women but at the same time dress themselves up as pure-hearted, virtuous “teachers” and “leaders”. And how these women are so smug but at the same time so unselfaware. Just gross gross gross🤮.

Could you imagine making a living this way and not wanting to crawl under a rock in shame? Shameless. Utterly shameless. Thank God for this little corner of the Internets that knows the truth and brings a bit of light to predators like Jen.

Hattie is cute, imo, but Tyler may have to tell her that it's uncomfortably close to Hattie McDaniel and make her drop it.

I wonder what name Tina will use? She seems like an overall happier person than Jen.

Isn’t it funny, the very name she’s spoken negatively about for years. For so long, she’s blamed him for her unhappiness, yet now, in this new season of life, she wants to tie her grandparent identity to him.

To me, that feels confusing, even inappropriate. A grandma name should come from a place of love and authenticity, not from a past relationship that was filled with resentment. Our grandchildren deserve names that reflect who we really are in their lives — not names borrowed to make a point or rewrite a story.

In the end, I believe grandma names should be chosen with heart. They should reflect the joy of being “Grandma,” “Mimi,” “Nana,” or whatever feels true — not a recycled connection to someone you’ve spent years trying to distance yourself from.

This season of life is about love, legacy, and family. And the names we choose should honor that.

She should embarrassed that she’s chosen part of her ex-husband’s name too make her new granny name. And how terrible for Texas Barbie to swallow. I’m surprised she didn’t take any type of name that Tyler calls her like King grandma.

She’s embarrassing

This woman is completely delusional. What a slap in the face to all the Hatmaker’s. Mostly Brando’s wife.

I see genuine questions about---and a deep valuing of--faith and Scripture.

Oh please. And I have many critiques of Jen. But bashing her hair, skin, way she talks, her divorce, her new bf, her kids has absolutely nothing to do with a deep value of faith and Scripture. Absolutely heretical to call sin motivations godly

I just think that she can want it to be whatever, but the child ends up saying whatever he wants, and that's the end of it.

I don't have kids, but I watched my nieces name my father, and it was a beautiful thing--and he loved it.

The women who “already raised their kids” always forget the ton of help they received . I don’t think Jen falls in this category at all. In fact, I’m looking forward to grandma Jen having a happier life in general . And maybe a quieter life? What happens after your explosive memoir is published ?

Sarah is so odd and kind of obsessive. She posted that she is knitting a sweater and every stitch is for a life lost in Israel.
Does she come clean in her substack about using ozempic?

What happened to the first name she picked “J”? I thought Gavin told her the baby will decide and she said no way? Maybe i’m outnumbered but I don’t think Hattie is cute at all because they are all Hatmakers (brandon, gavin, the baby, etc) but Jen is taking its derivative as HER nickname? And she dates (and swoons over) someone who refuses to use or even acknowledge that name and i think its ridiculous for her to choose it as her g’ma name. My $,02
