We have gone from "nothing happened" to "it wasn't Collusion" to "Collusion isn't illegal" to "does it matter"

Really?

Nearly as bad as Breitbart.

Maybe, maybe not:

The disclosure of Flynn’s link to Cambridge Analytica will come in an amended public financial filing in which the retired U.S. Army lieutenant general also discloses income that includes payments from the Trump transition team, according to a person close to Flynn who spoke to AP on condition of anonymity Thursday to describe details of the filing made to the White House.

Hmmm, why would the GOP spend money to send members to Europe?

Has anyone followed this guy's account of the use of bitcoin to pay Wikileaks and the Russian hackers? Sorry, I don't know how to find just that "thread."

I just posted this on one of the other threads...but worth posting here as well...

It is slowly dawning on the rank-and-file GOP (except for Ryan, who is desperately trying to stave off the impeachment train in order to get his agenda passes) that the ostrich approach is just not going to work. And while I think there are a lot of "party over country" GOPers in leadership (McConnell, Ryan, Nunes)---there are still more patriotic GOPers than not.

Evidence for this? Because I just don't see it. The GOP is lost to far-right wing lunacy or Russian compromisation.

http://www.politico.com/story/2017/04/nunes-to-step-aside-from-russia-probe-236951

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) will temporarily step aside from an investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election, including interactions between Moscow and the Trump campaign.

The probe will be taken over by Reps. Michael Conaway (R-Texas), Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) and Tom Rooney (R-Fla.)

Why do they need three people to replace one person? It's already a full committee.

Oh, so Dana Rohrbacher and Thomas Massie are hobnobbing with the Russians, too? Interesting how Massie was echoing the Russian excuse for the gas attacks in Syria...
