Yeah I was pretty shocked it came up. Even if I had one drink I'd be like 'srsly don't bring THAT up because I don't want that even out there like it's legitimate."
Either way, I think they paid out of pocket and didn't bother with insurance, but even if they did, no damages against anyone else = no lawsuit and no breathalyzer anyway.
I think it's interesting the NY storyline is addressing Dorinda's alcoholism at this point, and now this with Monique.

Right and if you really think about it 1 drink, 2 drink or 3 you still should not be drinking and driving. I can't wait to hear more about it on the reunion cause you know Andy will have viewer responses about it.

I can't believe you wouldn't cool it on the trip. If I just got into a reck the day before and was feeling sore and whiplash I wouldn't drink much at all. Probably not at all. Certainly not a bottle of wine on the way there!

Only thing tired about her is her thinking anyone believes she wasn’t drunk.
+1 Even if was just two martinis at lunch, she's tiny. She would have at least been tipsy. She probably did have 3-4 drinks and doesn't want to admit it on TV.

While I wouldn't have admitted it, the worst that will happen is her insurer contests the claim -- assuming she even filed a claim. There is no evidence to charge her with DUI as they would need the results of a sobriety test conducted at the time of the incident.
If she injured someone, they could sue her for damages but I'm not sure the courts wouild award differeintly based on her having a few drinks. Either way, damages are damages.

Phaedra was fired last season. She isn’t a current cast member.
