Tyler said he is trying "natural" remedies and refusing meds. I think what we say was him hypomanic and unmedicated. Scary. He also reminded me of Butch - I wonder if he is bipolar too.

Maybe he was nervous about saying it formally, publicly. Maybe he was worried about his dad/wife/daughter/sister.
I thought he seemed more jittery than usual, too. It seems like that's his typical personality, but he was definitely a little off on the show.
Maybe he started meds and having side effects. When I started Zoloft, it made me jittery as F, but my doc said to work through it and after my body adjusted, the jitters stopped and it’s really helped my anxiety. He may be adjusting to new medication.
It’s like watching Butch. He’s on something not prescribed - he has no poker face. and I don’t think it’s just pot, we’re used to seeing him on pot. This isn’t that.

Sometimes pot can have the opposite effect on anxiety. It really depends on the strand and the person.

+1 and does PP even watch the show? Cait did smoke pot for years and clearly it didn’t help. This was the girl so depressed she couldn’t get out of bed, or shower regularly. She also plotted ways to commit suicide. Pot wasn’t helping fix her seretonin issues.

I'm not the biggest Dr Drew fan, but you'd have to be living under a rock (even in IN or MI) - or at the very least NOT involved with this franchise - to not know that he's an addiction specialist.
I wanted to love Jen and Larry for the way they've always made sure Bentley had a connection to their family, but they have created this monster and enabled his continued downward spiral.
