Biden literally ran onto the stage and on the tarmac when he was campaigning. He was fully aware and healthy when he took office. Trump entered office mentally impaired, and it looks like he also had serious health issues he’s hidden.

No, you idiot. It's the Obligatory Praise Meeting, of course he wants to hear it. He stays up half the night rage-posting, and he's very old and tired. Of course he can't stay awake, even to hear his own praise. It's way, way, worse than Biden. And this is a televised meeting, so the enemies of the US get to see the catastrophe.

The reason is obvious. With Trump, there are many more things to be critical of on a daily basis than just his unfitness. With Biden, all there was to be critical of was his unfitness and the border mess. This is why we consider Biden a less awful president than Trump.
