It's more than TJ, it is not acceptable for elected SB members to mock and openly discriminate against Asians and set out to reduce Asian numbers. Politicians openly making statements and taking actions against a racial minority group in a mocking/racist way is never acceptable.

I don't think that's the issue. The issue is defining how you measure these things by a metric that is easily gamed by outside enrichment with the intent to exclude lower SES students.
