What a sad thing to spend your time hoping for.
They are obsessed with hatred. Maybe Alec took their parking space or didn't tip them enough. Very odd.
DP. No, it is the fact that he willfully violated the safety rules (accepting a gun from someone who wasn't the armorer, aimed the gun in the direction of people, and FIRED the damn gun) that has us upset. And then he jaunts off to Vermont for a little family vacation. He is disgusting and he deserves to go to jail. I also hope that the family of the deceased and the people who were injured by the shots go after him in civil court and take him to the cleaners.
I'm sure you're equally disgusted at the director and cinematographer, too, for trusting the armorer to do her job and for instructing Baldwin to point w gun in their general direction. Right?

They were eating at an outdoor table.

Was the armorer specifically told to break procedure this way? Or did she wander off to take a smoke break and leave the guns unattended? That is sort of the weirdest part to me. My understanding is that all guns are supposed to be under the constant supervision of the armorer or under lock and key, so her sabotage story doesn’t make a lot of sense unless either she neglected her duties or she was instructed not to perform her regular duties (in which case she probably should have filed an OSHA or union complaint but maybe that’s why they hired an armorer who was living in a ramshackle rental and couldn’t afford to complain).
Don't be silly. She wasn't suppose to bird watch the prop guns. No one thought there was a live round, and this was the procedure on many sets.
That is literally her job.
Not when she put it on the cart.
