Does anyone know how if the future Hamlets will have a similar setup? I'd be concerned about resale down the road against truly detached single family homes.
The resale value of the attached Hamlets was our concern too. We really liked the Travilah model house and almost went with a Hamlet, but decided on the Orchard after reading this part on the Montgomery County Planning Dept. plans for Mt. Prospect:
"The development layout creates a series of higher density hamlets within the central portion of the Property, including the 66 proposed attached dwelling units, and some of the detached dwelling units located on smaller lots."
I don't understand what you mean?

Anonymous wrote:Some of the Hamlets have three car garages; those have a shared garage wall. There are other Hamlets with two car garages; those do not have a shared wall. The county required adequate parking spaces in the community and three car garages in some of the homes.
