I live in a pretty big house, and I know people who live in mansions. Still not seeing an intruder getting so comfy to kill and write letters while in the home.

It's enough for me that the forensic pathologist is saying that a 9/10 year old kid *could* have done this. If a child would have had the strength to cause the wound to JonBenet's head then both John and Patsy also had the strength to inflict that wound.

It's not that no one wants to believe. It's that some of the best criminal experts are saying it is almost unheard of for a murder of a young child that brutal to be the parents with no history of abuse or violence.
This particular show, at least part 1, seemed to be implying i
t could be Burke and that perhaps the parents were covering, but as others have mentioned, despite some social awkwardness, he has lived a fairly normal life with no violent episodes.
The whole thing is full of contradictions.
If it was an accident, there is no reason to expect him to be violent.

Yup, accidental by a family member is the only thing that makes sense, which of course, is why the Denver police reached the same conclusion. Also entirely consistent with the fact that the parents did love her.
+1 Interesting to me that in the tv interviews John and Patsy seemed very much a united front but strangely calm and not angry about the murder itself. Really does make sense if they were determined to protect Burke. Yes, I'm now thinking accident, possibly involving Burke, then the horrible staging (which only makes sense if they were desperately protecting their other child, can't imagine they would cover for each other in this way).

Santa was quite taken by JB and had some seriously suspicious behaviors, one of which was telling JB he had a special secret surprise for her after Christmas.
I thought the conclusion they drew about the ransom note was that it was a non-foreign born over 30 adult, who misspelled "business" with 2 s's to disguise him/herself. It sounded like they were talking about one person. I didn't hear Patsy's or anyone's name mentioned then; maybe I missed that.

Really? I totally disagree. Love the reenactment of the crime scene. I hear that the Ramsey's lawyer , Lin Wood, is going crazy right now threatening lawsuits against CBS. Did you know he is also Dr. Phil's personal lawyer? Hmmm......not a coincidence I think
A lot of the interviews are nonsense, and prove nothing.
Example-
The "friend" who said JB told her daughter that the trophies were really for her mom...just silly. Six year olds wouldn't have a conversation like that.
Patsy dying JB's hair...neither here nor there.
I heard there was a lot of fluff like that and they decided to cut most of it and make it two episodes only. I felt they were trying to fill in some details about the Ramsey family interactions. Not my favorite part, either
