Any other game details? This one shocks me. I thought Madison was an easy cover at the -2 spread. Not necessarily a blow-out just thought it would be a similar score to the Oakton versus Centreville game.
West Potomac is still my sleeper team (not getting much attention) and expect them to beat both Woodson and West Springfield next week.

The Wildcats got burned numerous times by Oakton players who don’t have a JMU or URI label attached to their name. It is genuinely a pick your poison situation. Also, when the Centerville center directed the ball away from Miss JMU, #21 stepped up on the other side of the circle. The Cougars are the closest to being a well oiled machine that you will find in a Northern Virginia public school.
Oakton looks very impressive this year! In addition to their Offense (i.e. Pick your Poison) their Defense has held nearly every opponent to 10 goals or less.

Yes, I am aware of that. I cheer for all of them, too, just not with cowbell and noisemakers.
I sit in the stands as well because that's the appropriate place for me to sit. I sit as far away from the cowbell and noisemakers, but I still find them obnoxious. One week, I moved over to the other team's stands to avoid the cowbell as much as possible.
No, I do not want to join in with using cowbell and noisemakers. I will continue to cheer for "our girls" in a less obnoxious manner. Thank you.
Good for you!!!! Everyone cheers in different ways. As long as our Cougar girls asked us to cheer loudly with "cowbells" and it is ok with officials (I have mentioned that I ask for permission), I really do not care about being obnoxious. Far as I know, our girls love it!!!!!

Was it Oakton? It is so obnoxious! I hate sitting in the stands next to the people who ring cowbell and use noisemakers all game long.
Do you know that some of Oakton's players recently lost their loved ones? We sit together in our own little group to do extra cheer for them. As a guest of any other school than Oakton, we ask for permission, matter of fact, I had some of Centreville staff members/referees check out the tiniest cowbell and the noise maker you have mentioned. My question to you is why did you sit or stand next to such obnoxious people? You should have utilized your freedom to move, I do not understand. This is a very short season and we are doing everything possible to support these hard-working ladies. If you need a cowbell/noise maker, let me know because I can always provide you with one, follow the "If you can’t beat them, join them," Our Girls will appreciate extra cheer.
