Twitter's old mDAU claims were subject to punishment by the SEC because they were a public company. Now Elon is free to lie all he wants, and I am certain that advertisers realize that.


Holy cow, youā€™re right. As a private company, there are zero reporting requirements. He can say whatever he wants in public and then do the opposite behind closed doors.
