Malcontent isn't a good look, and certainly not one that you should be emulating for your kids.

I am sure the boy who still is struggling to survive in the hospital would gladly trade places with a student who had to use a trash can as a toilet.
+1 I'm still floored that they told EMS no siren, and that it took so long to call the police. Clearly, the admins, staff and security guard didn't recognize what a bullet wound looks like, nor should they have to. I have no idea what it looks like. If they had recognized it, then I would hope they would immediately call the cops and put the school in lockdown since they would not know if the shooter was still on campus or not. You would err on the side of caution, and lock down immediately.

I’ve never seen a gun shot victim. If there’s not exit wound (bullet was still inside the victim), is it obvious that he was shot?
The victim apparently didn’t want to let anyone know he had been shot, and didn’t initially reveal the name of his shooter. He was also in and out of consciousness. The other kids in the bathroom also wouldn’t speak. Such a tragedy on so many levels.

They were held in classrooms without bathroom breaks for 3 HOURS after his arrest.

The shooter was arrested at 3 PM. The lockdown went on until 6:30 PM.
The lockdown was still in place when the 5:45 PM press conference was held. A press conference, when the crisis wasn't even over.

The shooter was arrested at 3 PM. The lockdown went on until 6:30 PM.

Could you even imagine if they had let just one kid go to the bathroom and he was shot too? Would these posters still be talking about inconsequential stuff?
