It's now well established that the poor woman was trying to flee and hurt no one.
She wanted to piss off ICE and get it on video. That's dumb, but that's all she's guilty of.
Unfortunately one of the ICE people she pissed off is stupid and trigger happy and now she's dead.
And let's not forget that when a doctor offered to help one of the ICE people shouted "I DONT CARE". It's on video.

Guess what, I decided it wasn’t worth it to walk out since there is a chance, albeit small, I could come upon ICE or national guard, etc. and be shot. So I don’t leave the building from the moment I pull into the garage to the end of the day. And I’m white. In the United States. This could happen to any of us. Be safe out there.

How can anyone watch this and say he wasn’t hit?
That video is blurry and more importantly, speed up to make the car appear as if it’s moving faster. Why do you all keep posting this when there are clearer videos from better angles?
Why do you keep denying she hit him with her car when it's clear as day on every piece of video out there?
Even Anderson Cooper says “he came in contact with the car”
Correction: He said “he came into contact with the foward moving vehicle”
This fact affirms she was attempting to murder a federal agent. The use of deadly force is justified in this circumstance.
So the Capital Police were negligent in not opening fire with automatic weapons on January 6, 2021. Maybe they could have killed several hundred and we wouldn't be in this position.

I was telling my DH the same thing. Over my lifetime, I've been stopped several times by local cops for minor traffic offenses. Each time I was so flustered that I couldn't think straight. It could have easily been me trying to drive away from an LEO and doing it in such a way that I gave them the wrong impression and they felt compelled to fire in to my car. Luckily, most local cops are not so trigger-happy, especially around white women like me driving a mom van in my peaceful, mostly-white suburb.
Exactly this. I've been pulled over a few times for minor traffic things over the years, and during those initial moments when the lights are flashing and I pull over to the side over the road, my heart's racing, adrenaline's flowing, I'm not thinking clearly, etc.
But prior to them approaching her, they were yelling at her to move the vehicle. Why didn’t she drive away then?
How do you know she wasn’t about to? Was there a requirement to react in 5 seconds as opposed to 10?

Three agents surround the vehicle, one from the front, two from the driver's side. Likely looking to gain control of the situation. It is not cute to them, as they're being surrounded by a mob.
Woman panics, realizing this is in fact not cute, and attempts to flee thinking she can avoid arrest. Tire loses traction and the car doesn't immediately respond to gas input. Woman panics further and guns the gas causing an erratic vehicle take off.
Agent at the front of the vehicle almost gets hit. Agents respond by opening fire thinking the woman is using the vehicle as a deadly weapon, trying to hit the lead ICE agent at the front of the vehicle.
Woman who shouldn't have even been there, but was there because she got spun out of control on TikTok drama dies.
Agents have to live with it. Will likely have people demanding a mob-style execution by COB today.
What the Right Wants: Psychotic leftist domestic terrorist tries to kill ICE agents! We should use more force.
What the Left Wants: Fascist NAZI psychopaths are murdering women and children! We should use more force.
Who actually wins: Minnesota politicians and bureaucrats who can spin this into a riot and continue to avoid accountability for fraud. Federal politicians who can use the flames to continue to avoid accountability for a billionaire child sex trafficking ring.
This is some interesting fan fiction you conjured up.

I don't think she was intentionally trying to ram someone, but she could have easily hit the officer who was in front of her car.
She did hit him. He had to go to the hospital after.
She was trying to escape and didn't care if anybody got run over. Use of deadly force is legally justified if the LEO feels he/she is in an imminent threat of substantial bodily injury or death.
Not if the LEO intentionally puts themselves in danger in direct defiance of their training and department policy, which is what this ICE ‘officer’ did by standing in front of a running, moving vehicle. He created the danger, the use of force r isn’t justified and certainly not the two head shots point blank through the driver side window as the vehicle moves past him and he is in NO DANGER.
This ICE ‘officer’ committed murder in broad daylight on video and we can all see that - those of us who are rational and know the law, like other law enforcement officers and former and current prosecutors like me.
Because the murderer is a federal agent, should the state of Minnesota bring criminal charges the US Attorney has the power to invoke the supremacy clause, remove any state prosecution to federal court and summarily dismiss the charges. Or any federal prosecution that successfully achieved conviction could be immediately pardoned by the current WH resident.
I would suggest given that there is no statute of limitations on murder that Minnesota take it’s time on the investigation and file charges on January 21, 2029.
Yes, the ice agent had already put his hand on the gun trying to block the vehicle when it was in reverse. He had zero intention to let this poor woman drive away. Either they dragged her out of the car or kill.
She was playing games blocking traffic prior to this event.
The only thing they could have done better is use vehicles to box her in and drag the itch out.
Hopefully they will make it a priority to arrest and prosecute anyone who does what she did that day going forward.
These are federal law enforcement officers with arrest powers. Most of these protestors don’t realize this so they act like spoiled brats.
Even if she was blocking traffic (she wasn't impeding it, cars were going by, but she was certainly in the road), it is still murder to shoot her. Did she deserve to be arrested? You could make a case for that. But shooting her is murder.
Are you just going to ignore her attempted murder of an officer?
While that's a wild mischaracterization of the events shown in the video, for the sake of the argument, let's go with it.
The officer stepped out of the way, THEN shot her. The officer was no longer in danger at the time he fired the gun.
And you should never shoot someone that attempts to murder you?
If the threat has passed, then yes. Otherwise you become the murderer.
She was still operating the weapon
She also had a hand gun in her vehicle.
Can anyone confirm this?
If it’s true she went to an anti-ICE riot armed to the teeth with guns, it changes everything.
This is what Grok says:
Multiple sources across outlets (e.g., NYT, CNN, BBC, Al Jazeera, MPR News, Minnesota Reformer) detail the event involving her vehicle as the alleged threat, but none mention a firearm in her possession or in the car. The focus is solely on the vehicle-related claims and the shooting itself. If a gun had been present, it likely would have been highlighted in justifications or reports, but it is absent from all available accounts. The investigation is ongoing, but as of now, this claim appears unfounded.

She wasn’t going about her day. She was there at the protest to protest
So killing her was justified? Protesters deserve to be killed?
