Yeah, because he was up until early morning tweeting! At the rate he's going, he's going to kill himself and accelerate his mental decline. The human body cannot go on day in and day out with just a few hours of sleep and bouts of nodding off throughout the day do not make up for poor, non-REM sleep during the night. REM sleep is crucial for cognitive functions like memory consolidation and emotional regulation.
