+1 and I would imagine the BoD wouldn't hire a new ED without giving her that as well.

ED is the top dog at GFR so I imagine she will make these decisions with the board. I still don't understand what RS is going to be doing? Sounded like he was stepping down but not sure exactly how or why.

Even if it was possible, a new club wouldn't be able to fill rosters for boys and girls in each age year and that's a requirement for ECNL or ECNL-RL.
