Disagree. He has gone up in approval in the most recent NPR, Morning Consult, and YouGov polls relative to where he was a week or two ago. Morning Consult has him swinging +5 relative to its last poll.

All of these polls historically underweight Trump voters and were way off in Harris’ favor in 2024.

Other thread was locked but here is some context for these “bad approval” polls.
At this time during their second terms, Trump is right in the middle of Obama and Bush. Obama was 45.8% approval; Trump is at 46.5%. Bush was at 47.8%.

My brother and SIL voted for him, know he is kinda terrible, and don't pay any attention to the news. Would they vote for him again today? Probably. Should they do a little homework before voting? Probably. Do they? Not really.
