When the DA dissolved, many thought clubs like NEFC and TopHat would fall apart. Instead, they built stronger platforms and continue to compete against founding ECNL clubs in their regions.
You can do the same. The GA welcomes you with open arms.

I can’t believe they wanted the girls to listen to that. Any girls that listened ar going to run for the hills. But, my guess is they won’t be surprised, they don’t care. They made a marginal improvement for the boys at the total sacrifice of the girls and had no real answers to give the parents. We are done. So much for years of investment in this club. But the guess we should have seen the bias for the boys side years ago.
That's because you weren't actually on the call
NVA is now part of this elite club with MLS Next and GA. I think some of you might be a bit too caught up in the ECNL hype. Honestly, driving down to the Carolinas to play against mediocre mid-Atlantic clubs isn’t really the way to go anymore. Every trip costs a lot of money. Just something to think about!
Good for NVA making this move! It will pay off.
You’ll drive to Pennsylvania and New Jersey now.
Actually there are enough teams now in VA and MD to fill a conference. Won’t need to travel far for league games.
😂 great we just keep playing the same teams over and over again and not get better because we don’t see new competition
they better. Bro keeps posting it up here like its a guarantee. Lets see mid teams surviving in ecnl should win out against non ecnl teams. At least on paper.Anonymous wrote:Maybe they will win something in GA lol. Probably won’t

Funny, no one posted a message like this on the McLean thread.
McLean’s situation is a bit different. They were part of an alliance where, starting at U13, teams were split up to form ECNL squads.
Hopefully, their 2013s stick together and set the standard for the club.

The clubs could care less how it affects the kids, but every time they do it the results are traumatizing and very bad for the kids. Take 13/14/15 year old brain and stomp on it. That is what the clubs are doing. Look at the results.
FCV spring season was a mess last year. Girls stopped coming to practices because they were on the tryout circuit. Hearts weren’t in it anymore for players and coaches and nobody took it seriously. All the whispering about who was going where, not wanting to share because your teammates are now competing for the same spots at other clubs.
its the little things that bring us joy. On that note DDs phone is on fire. I anyone else amused? Might be the most teams have talked in a while. Should be getting sleep…but here we are. I imagine the boys are popping prime bottles and looking forward to this weekend.Anonymous wrote:As a side note, I do want to thank whoever is posting all the pictures in the thread - its made my evening.
