Most of the negativity is geared toward the Ashburn portion of TSJ. The old FCV. I don't think this applies to Springfield.

What is going on at the TSJ, I have seen many of their players trying out at same places as my DDs. Are girls testing the waters and then just going back to them? Just seems odd that many of their players are trying out elsewhere.
The simple and honest answer: The last of us who didn’t want to act rashly last year after the FCV hijacking are done. We wanted to stay and give TSJ a chance and we did. And it has been a disaster. There is nothing left of FCV soccer here and the club is the worst run organization I’ve ever seen. We are all out.
Crazy how fast FCV has fallen.....
Doesn't take much. Lots of empty promises on a real facility for soccer, lose all your academy staff, still don't address the problems and then basically show that you're shifting your energy into football and other sports for TSJ Academy.

TSJ is not particular good at anything and below average at most from a Club perspective. Sometimes things get hidden if you get some results. This is not the case.
Nothing can hide the mess at TSJ. On and off the field there are not enough band aids available.
I would not be surprised if they fold their travel program by this time next year. It’s not sustainable the way it’s run.

That sounds terrible!! What did they announce after they filled the teams? Like changes in coaching? Practice locations? Something else?
Coaches, team structure, rosters. Stuff like that
Wow. That's not cool....at all! Seems like a "material change" to a contract, though. Did anybody try arguing that? Of course, at that point, anywhere else you could go has probably already filled their teams, too, so I guess your only option then would just be to sit out a season or get picked up on a lower level team where they need players. Regardless, not a good luck for the club!

I get the younger age groups, not the older.
Not enough players to fill a team at each age group.
Ok - so if they don't have enough players to fill an age group does that mean another year of rebuilding? how long can they last this way?
