Agree these jumped out at me as odd too

I can't imagine how slim the pickins are to hire more coaches after everywhere else has already hired for next year. its college kids or dad rec coaches left to hire,and you are paying the same price as kids on the teams with the experienced headliner coaches.

from u11 on, it goes ecnl-rl, gold, white, black, silver. So black is fourth.

Do you think all the teams with "TBD" listed as coach are teams they won't have enough players for?

If thats your kids team, shop around elsewhere. Tryouts have begun for most age groups and they haven't hired coaches. What they are saying is they don't care about these particular teams. These are disposable, weak teams and if they everntually find a coach, it will be someone not good/ qualified. i bet if you checked these teams would all lose all or most of their games.

If there's no hired coach by now--when tryouts have already started-- the club either 1) doesn't expect there to be a team in that age level or 2) doesn't care about that age/level enough to hire someone in advance. Both 1) and 2) are bad news for your kid. Go elsewhere. I mean seriously do they expect people to pay them 3000 with zero info on who will be coaching.

If your kid really loves soccer i would highly urge you to look elsewhere. Development at this club suck. This is specifically true for the girls side. If you are looking for an expensive rec league atmosphere then this is the club for you.

the 2013 team age group is strong? The gold team doesn't even have a coach that shows up. Al is great but DS is a deadbeat coach. The gold team has had zero to no guidance at all.
is your kid on gold or white? i doubt they will have 3 teams this coming year as many of the players are bailing for teams with better coaches.

that poster was talking about *boys*. The boys age group had 4 teams this year and has 4 coaches hired for next year.
the 2013 girls only have two coaches for next year and are missing a coach.
