Jamie’s entire personality is condescension. I’ve read her book. Her “missionary” career was really just about what a good person SHE is, and how everyone else sucks. Shocking that didn’t work out for her.

Her hair is a million times better, her clothes have even been a little bit better, but she still always looks like she’s trying so hard to be prettier and hipper than everyone else, and thinks she is. Yes, as a military mom, it was incredibly difficult to see the soldiers standing alone while all these families were having mini-reunions around them.
Caleb is a very blessed young man.

It's kind of uncomfortable to go on Jamie's IG and see the f word all over the place next to images of Jesus. I don't know any Christians who would do that. But she did a few years of missions and church work so she gets a pass forever.

Howerton has played it local since she has bowed out from the national blogging/pod scene. Maybe she'll get back in on it once all the kids are graduated.
Bessey thinks no one will remember her chubby years- I wonder why these women who try to preach authenticity and courage need to scrub their profiles of potentially unflattering photos. She also thinks people want to listen to her ramble on and on.
I hope Jen takes notes from Tara on how to be a wonderful grandparent. Tara shows up and pitches right in with the kids and posts all the fun they have and their ordinary, happy life. I love the work they did in Haiti.

Oh man, Jen must have been nervous because her oversized beige pantsuit for the meet n greet with the press and publishers was super-safe. The beiges didn't match. Oh and Tyler was there because NYC.

But instead of being humorous or thoughtful, the posts just smack of "look at this expensive vacation I'm on- nana nana nana!!" Do she and Jen and Howerton and Bessey all drink a special kool-aid that makes them completely out-of-touch? Or is it the Flopl gummies?

Was she talking about Brandon when she mentioned having to avoid conflict around certain people in her life? Is this the slow drip marketing as we inch towards book launch?

I know I’m stating the obvious here but the relentless grifting while still acting like she’s just helping everyone is so obnoxious - to hear her say things like “i lead a large community of women blablabla” just say it like it is jen “i’m in sales. the end.”

True. It’s just for a kid that age when one adult says no, and another say immediately says yes is confusing. As usual Jen made it all about herself. Because SHE’s the aunt make sure HER nephew will be who’ll cuddled and loved to death by HER because SHE has rights as an aunt.

So grandma tells grandson he can’t do something. Jen immediately lets him do it because it’s her “right” as an aunt and her duty to not do things as an aunt the same as she parented. Uh, hey, Jen - aunts don’t have any rights.

Gavin and wife better set some hard boundaries or she’ll completely undermine them as she has rights as but I’M THEIR GRANDMA, and to make sure she’s the favorite. 🙄🤬
