A jacket statement is tame. Go Melania.

She put it on our of frustration or to send a misguided message to her husband or to the press (unlikely she is saying "I don't care about the kids").
Or one of her handlers gave it to her to wear for some odd reason, taking advantage of her less than stellar grasp of the language.

She only wore it at Andrews. Please tell me why the press chose to report it? That tells a lot. Who was at Andrews other than staff and press?
Huh? The jacket was obviously aimed at The Donald.
The press is routinely at these trips, taking photos/videos of the president and First Family coming and going. It's their job.
And it's her job to communicate messages effectively. She communicated something, that's for sure.
And since I used to be a reporter, let me make sure you understand: There is a difference between the press and the WH communications department. It's the WH communications department's job to convey the messages and info the WH would like to get out in a manner that will be convincing. It's the reporters' jobs to report information they see as newsworthy. I'd say Melania wearing a jacket that says "f*ck yalls" while visiting baby prisons is newsworthy - and you'd say so, too, given that we are still talking about it.

You can leave her alone if you want, if you can only hold one thought in your head at a time.
