rosters filled with “coach my dd will play with your team only if her buddy can come and/or we also take these players so they we can carpool together because of the commute”. All rosters have some of these commitments. The best rosters have half commitments where the club caves signs the friend only for the other player to change their mind and go commit somewhere where.
