That loss wasn't on fogo. Fogo was over 60% against Hill.

They have a goalie going to Penn State too.

Exactly. This will all work itself out in time. In the meantime, ripping a kid on an anonymous board is unhelpful and silly.

"Unhelpful and silly" is charitable at best. Creepy, pathetic and indicative of a seriously damaged psychology is more accurate.

Does St. John's lose to Ryken and Dematha this year?

I've never heard of Tabor Academy. Does anyone have any scoop on them?

Academically it’s a solid boarding school

And speaking of national rankings (and not in the DMV), but Episcopal Academy beat Lawrenceville this afternoon by 1. GP didn’t play EA close, but EA just might be a top national team.

As I see it, there’s still not enough data to separate PVI, Bullis, Landon and GP from each other, and I don’t think a GP win over GZ is going to tell us much.

Shocked at the SJC loss to Hill. This is the Hill School in PA - not the Hill Academy in Canada. The Hill School is fine, but with SJC’s talent, SJC should have blown them out.

SJC’s talent is mostly on paper. They are deep, but not that great. They have a lot of players who got noticed early but never developed. As said above, they may go D1; but like two thirds of any D1 roster, these kids wont see the field. That’s why a mid- level SMR team knocked them out last year. If they go anywhere this year it will because PVI and GC trip up, not because they are good.

They are ok players. Mid to bottom of a D1 roster.

I think #1 will be a stand out in D1. And even if the rest of the team never sees a D1 field, they are all very solid players, and any half-witted coach should be able to win with that crew.

St. John's has been on a great run that dates back to the 2017 season. This team has not lived up to the hype for the last 2 seasons. The common dominator is the 2026 class. They are lucky their future coaches are too busy to watch or the portal would be busy.

Do they really have a Maryland commit that plays FO? My Terps might be on the same down swing.

They do. He plays for the Annapolis Hawks 2027 team. Joined that club last year, I think. Maybe the year before. Was shocked to hear he’s committed to UMD after seeing him play.

It's very shocking. He is far way from Luke Wierman, Henry Dodge, and Jonah Carrier. He will never see the field at Maryland.

Different publications like Inside Lacrosse, Max Preps and USA Today rank teams. They assign a rating to teams based on record, goal differential and other objective and subjective factors.

Is that 4-1 record with or without the scrimmage win against BL?

GP's rating just got a little hgher Episcopal PA beating, now former, #1 Lawrenceville.
