She was pseudo-famous 15 years ago in her prime for being a cute video game / computer "nerd" girl or something? She's a D if not E lister. And in recent years she messed up her face. Unmarried and first child at 40. Dream big.

That's a nice story. My uncle actually did the same but he wasn't a married coke addict in rehab at the time.

Nice story but seems irrelevant here. They’ve been dating for a while. Why would you think she got pregnant by someone else?

However, he is the only father my stepson has ever known. He has done everything a biological father would do and more than many biodad seem to do according to DCUM posts. I think DH’s ex took a big gamble opening her heart and her unborn child up to someone new like that. They didn’t last as a couple, but he continued to parent and even paid for my stepson’s college.

Ugh, Mulaney totally knocked her up while still married. It’s all making sense now.

And of course his STBX needed in patient therapy - she just had her whole world turned over.
