What’s with all the special red bricks at RPI? It just gives the campus a uniform feel which, combined with the weather on the day DC toured, was pretty depressing.

I used to live on Capitol Hill, just off 4th and Penn SE and the nuttiest people, bar none as there are a LOT of options in that neighborhood, patronizing delis/restaurants on that strip are LOC employees.


I prefer “quirky” but anyway you’re OT.

Combine few windows with a low college construction budget and you’re looking at a a concrete monstrosity for a library.

Whoa, anyone sued for that design flaw?

That campus just screams '50s/60s/70s baby boom architecture. Just build it to hold them, aesthetics do not matter.
