Thank you. These types of statements that vaccinated people who believe in the immunity conferred by vaccines choose not wear masks are somehow Trumpers is really harmful to the public discourse and stopping the single minded focus on COVID. As you can see from this forum, there are tons and tons of people who have been fully vaccinated living in fear with misunderstanding of vaccines.

Adding on to previous: hospitalizations across countries can be found at www.ourworldindata.org.
UK hospitalizations are up about 50% in the "delta" wave (mid-May to yesterday) whereas cases were up about 4x over the same period.

Disappointing. Hospitalization data (for the US at least) is the most relevant and accurate in real time. Case numbers depend a lot on how much testing is being done and on testing cycle thresholds (for PCR tests), and death reporting gets backed up so that reported deaths on a given day typically include deaths from days/weeks/months earlier. US hospitalization data in real time has ended up tracking deaths/etc very, very well.

This anti vaccine nonsense is irritating.

The only issue is the death rate is higher for vaccinated but we don't know why yet. Perhaps age.
