To answer your original question, though, you might try BR and J Crew--they tend to have longer inseans. You will probably have to get your pants taken in regardless, though.

I'm 107 and the 0 at jcrew falls off of me. You'd be surprised how hard it is to find normal work clothes for a thin woman. Sure, Chanel and high end designers carer to thin women but normal designers do not.

Are you idiots serious? Those young, pretty models you see have safety pins all over in the back facing away from the camera or they have specially made versions of what is actually sold. Seriously, if a so called size 2 fits you perfect, then you probably what was once the average size of 8. If a 4 are really a size 12. This vanity sizing is so absured and ridiculous that women who are in actuality a size 2 or below (sizes based on 10 years ago) have to now shop in the juniors. Pathetic. I hate you, I'm so frustrated. Calvin klein USED to sell decently fitting size 2 suites, still a little loose and baggy but the best I could find. Now all there clothes are too big and frumpy for actually thin women. What a disgrace that a thin woman received so much abuse for simply wanting to know where to shop for adult clothes that that won't fall off one's hips and swallow up your torso. I love columbia brand clothes. But I swear, I think their x-small tops are actually an x-large!! Ergggg.

Some of these responses are so insensitive. I'm thin and can't find anything that fits properly 5'5 and 109. zeros are too big in the waist. I'm stuck wearing dresses most of the time. Pants are a nightmare

I am also think 105 and I have a tough time finding clothes that fit especaillay professional clothes. I wanted to let you know I have a lot of luck with Black House White Market. They carrying 00 and 0 sizes. Good luck ladies.

You people are so harsh! The clothing industry does NOT cater to thin women at all. They would go bankrupt. The average woman in the United states is not a size 2, but rather a size 14! And believe it or not, clothes do not run true to size (I know, shocking, huh?). Unless you are shopping in juniors, many clothing sizes run large (e.g. a size 2 is really a 6). It is absolutely difficult for a thin woman to find suitable clothes in her size for work. A 35+ year old can't exactly shop in juniors. If you are bitter about your size, that is your problem. Stop condemning women for their size!! If a woman happens to be a size 0 or a size 22, who are you to judge? Maybe that thin woman lost 100 lbs or has a medical condition, or is under unimaginable stress. Maybe she is "naturally thin" (jealous?)... or maybe she actually makes healthy eating choices and exercises her butt off. Maybe she doesn't like what she sees in the mirror. Maybe she does. Either way, she wants, like every woman, to feel good about herself. Stop the hate!

for those looking for pants, try theory and other more expensive brands. they tend to not have vanity sizing as much. i'm 5'8" 118 lbs and I'm a size 4 in Theory. you're more likely to find clothes that fit at a store like bloomingdales, than macys or lord & taylor.

The vanity sizing in most stores is OUT OF CONTROL! I'm 5'6" and 115lbs and I can't freaking fit into clothes from J.Crew or Banana Republic. Maybe try H&M? (I wear a size 6 there, yet somehow can barely fit into a 00 at JCrew) but obviously their clothes aren't very well made.

I'm 26 years old and I'm 4'11 only weighing 90 lbs. I eat more than the average person so I can imagine how it's hard for something to find and wear for work. Nordstrom is a good place to shop too.

I am super skinny and short (5"2" 95lbs) I do a lot of my shopping at Express!!!! But even most of their pants swim on my butt. I too spend a lot in alterations. J. Crew xs, Ann Taylor Loft xs, Express xs, are my current trends... I still haven't found a store that has work pants that will fit me nicely... my tailor is on speed dial.
