As for the funding - it goes back to the pot. With 15 states announcing Biden should just extend out the UI funds to the remaining states. There's enough there to get through end of September, maybe October, without going to Congress for more funds.
I definitely don’t see that happening - extending the funds for the remaining states. I’ll be happy if I can keep what is allocated (for MD) until early September.
