Looks about white.
Oh look they found their token, and surprise! they stuck her right up front!!
You're kidding, right? There are several black people in the photo and other people of color. This is quite a diverse group.
Isn't it interesting that the photo in the tweet featured a fraction of the people that were there - probably taken before the event had begun and before everyone had gotten in place.
When, in fact, there were many more people there and there were people of different ethnic groups.
You don't think they were trying to advance some sort of narrative with this tweet, do you?
NP here.
You're the one that has to be kidding. I count about 70 people in this photo. There are 5, maybe 6 black people (less than 10%) and probably about 5 or so combined Hispanic/Asian people in the photo. About 85% of the photo is white. You really think that this is diverse? You and I have very different definitions of diverse.
Interesting that the blacks in the photo were all late additions based on the earlier photo, my guess is the guv hustled them down from the office to use as standins.

51% of Atlanta is black.
85% of the crowd who would attend the All-Star game are paunchy white guys in sales/C-suite wearing khakis and their company’s branded Under Armor polo shirt.
...And, these "paunchy white guys" would have supported the businesses in Atlanta that are minority-owned and operated. And, the hotels in the area.
MLB screwed up. They will probably end up having the damn game in a state with voting laws more restrictive than GA.
It's a shame that they now have to research every possible site to be sure they agree with their voting laws. Pathetic how politics has invaded sports to this point.
Black Atlanta supports the boycott.
"Black Atlanta" is not a monolith. Your comment sounds terribly racist.

Of course he does. Even though their laws are not much different from GA's.
It's a blue state so all is well.
And were their laws the result of a false justification? Pushing a lie that didn't happen? Let's be honest here, the situations are not the same.
The lie is what Stacey Abrams and Biden said..... that this is a return to Jim Crow. What a bunch of baloney.

WTH are you talking about? They have NO EXCUSE absentee voting. That is voting by mail.
And, it's fine that CO has vote by mail for years. Guess they have had time to make it work. Just like Utah. It takes time to implement this practice in a wide spread manner and make it secure and trusted.
CO still requires ID for in person voting.

Does Colorado legally prohibit you from bringing your grandmother a bottle of water if she unexpectedly has to wait in line for a few hours to vote?
I doubt it. But, neither does Georgia's.
Like GA, Colorado specifically outlaws electioneering/ campaign workers in campaign gear from handing out food and water to waiting voters.
In GA, anyone can give water/snacks to poll workers to distribute.
(1) No person shall do any electioneering on the day of any election, or during the time when voting is permitted for any election, within any polling location or in any public street or room or in any public manner within one hundred feet of any building in which a polling location is located, as publicly posted by the designated election official. As used in this section, the term “electioneering” includes campaigning for or against any candidate who is on the ballot or any ballot issue or ballot question that is on the ballot. “Electioneering” also includes soliciting signatures for a candidate petition, a recall petition, or a petition to place a ballot issue or ballot question on a subsequent ballot. “Electioneering” does not include a respectful display of the American flag.
(2) Except as necessary for ballot counting, no person may remove any official ballot from the polling location before the closing of the polls.
(3) Any person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-13-111 .

Are you kidding? Colorado has had widespread vote by mail for years. Georgia was trying to get rid of all voting by mail.
