NP.?Children aren’t an issue. The cars going through and dropping off can be an issue.

Most houses that sold this spring in AU Park are $200K + different in Redfin estimate and sales price. Maybe their estimate tool is off.


Or maybe some other folks estimating tools are off? Time will tell!
